Server Maintenance - 06/26

We will take the Wrath of Heroes servers offline for maintenance tomorrow, Tuesday June 26th at 7:30am EDT (1:30pm CEST). At the moment we expect the servers to be back online no later than 10:30am EDT (4:30pm CEST).

These are the changes:

Conrad Available for Gold – The Warrior Priest's costs have been reduced and he is now available for Gold, too.

New Skin for Conrad – As the Warrior of Truth Conrad will look even more impressesive on the battlefields. The skin will also give you access to another load out slot for Conrad.

Updated Free Rotation – Play Drulg, Felicia, and Olwyn for free!

Conrad's Abilities

Conrad the Warrior Priest is a physical melee healer with several area heals and the ability to deal a good amount of damage at the same time. Using his blessed hammer to channel the damage he deals against enemies into healing for him and his allies, Conrad will always be found in the thick of the battle. Fear the wrath of a Warrior Priest, carrying divine Judgment to anyone who dares to oppose him. For Sigmar!

Conrad's Abilities:

	Divine Strike – Damage, and area healing.
	Sigmar's Wrath – Area damage, and area healing.
	Judgement – Damage, and silence.
	Sigmar's Fist – Improves damage for allies around you.
	Divine Martyrdom – Area damage, and area healing for others.

Passive:

Blessed – Your healing is increased per Empire character in your group.

Battle Strategy:

• Conrad is a solid choice for someone looking for survivability in a Hero, as he has both armor and healing. Beware of enemies attacking with magic from a distance, though!

• All of Conrad's healing abilities affect allies around him, so be sure to stay with your group. Conrad is an excellent choice to run shoulder-to-shoulder with other melee-focused Heroes.

• As a Warrior Priest, Conrad's healing abilities come from his melee strikes. This means that his heals cannot be Silenced - a potent advantage!

What's New in Wrath of Heroes?

Today's maintenance brought the following changes:

New Boosts have been added to the store.  Now you can buy 7-day Gold Boosts and 14-day XP Boosts. Two more options to accelerate your progress!

A new Bundle has also been added to the store. The Boost Bundle contains a Wood Chest, 5 Health Potions, a 7 Day Gold Boost, and a 14 Day XP Boost. A little bit of everything, sure to boost your Wrath experience. Please note that bundle will show up in any store category that holds content of the bundle.

The Free Hero Rotation was updated with Amenadresh, Ilanya, and Volrik. No matter who you play, get ready to battle it out!

Known Issues

The following is a known issue with the current build:

• The Pyramid of Settra: We are working to resolve an issue with this zone where the lighting is not displaying properly.

Extended Boosts – There are now 7-day Gold Boosts and 14-day XP Boosts in the store.

New Bundle – There is a new bundle in the store. The Boost Bundle contains a little bit of everything for all your item needs.

Upcoming Hero: Conrad, Hammer of Sigmar

Background:

The followers of Sigmar Heldenhammer who employ both words and steel are known as Warrior Priests. The martial prowess of these formidable warriors is second only to their unquenchable faith in Sigmar; faith which has the power to inspire their comrades in arms, and turn the tide of battle from utter route to total victory. A Warrior Priest embodies unshakable courage, honor, and faith, standing against the enemies of the Empire wherever they are found. For Conrad Gottschalk, 'Hammer of Sigmar' there could be no other life.

The third son of a prominent Altdorf family, young Conrad was more given to quoting the strictures of Sigmar than engaging in the questionable games of youth. Not all of his childhood was given to seriousness, however. His brothers quickly learned that engaging in certain activities could rouse Conrad to a quivering fury. This inevitably led to the severe beating of said brothers and Conrad's entrance into martial training far earlier than anyone had expected.

Conrad approaches battle with righteous fury. His ability to draw upon the Divine Light of Sigmar protects his allies from harm while his prayer of Devotion is something upon which his compatriots have come to depend.

Friday Fight Fest!

Play the Arena exclusively for 3 hours straight from 2pm to 5pm EDT (8pm to 11pm CEST)!

It's all about the killing. Will you join the fights and eliminate all opponents? As the result of our Facebook poll, we will set the Arena as the exclusive scenario today, Friday June 8th, from 2pm to 5pm EST (8pm to 11pm CEST).

Did you notice? Our Wrath of Heroes web site just received a new feature: TheHero Gallery and Hero Pages. 

Clicking on 'Heroes' in the navigation bar or clicking on one of free heroes will now take you to dedicated pages offering information for every Hero we have, including his Hero Spotlight and his abilities in detail. Do you want to get an overview of the existing Heroes or maybe find a preview of a new Hero? This is your place to go.

What's New in Wrath of Heroes?

One week after the introduction of Amenadresh and the Pyramid of Settra, today's maintenance brought the following changes:

Amenadresh's Price has been reduced and a gold price was added. If you don't own him yet, now is the time to visit the store.

The Herald of Ptra, a new skin for Amenadresh, is available in the store. Although he won't look any younger, don't forget that all skins come with benefits and will give you access to an additional loadout for that Hero.

The first Bundles have also been added to the store. Talking about Skins with Benefits: Do you want to buy a new skin and fill the additional loadout with tactics, alternate abilities or perks, but you are missing a few Mastery Points to re-train the tree? Our first Bundles combine the second skin of a Hero with 10 Mastery Points to a very special price - for every Hero. Please note that bundle will show up in any store category that holds content of the bundle - for example in this case under Skins (because the bundle contains a skin) and Items (because the bundle contains Mastery Points).

The Free Hero Rotation was updated. A hungry mountain, a burning rage or some unstopable steel are your choices with Drulg, Felicia and Olwyn.

Master Amenadresh

Our Liche Priest Amendresh can already be found all over the battlefields. His ancient spells support his group and deal range damage to his enemies - often to several of them at once. Like every Hero, Amenadresh becomes even more powerfull with the right load-out of tactics, alternate abilities or perks. Lets take a look at his Masteries:

Amenadresh's Mastery Tree in Detail:

	Usekphs Wrath – Increases Usekhp's Desiccation's chance to critically hit by 25%.
	Alacrity – Reduces all area damage you take by 5%.
	EternalLegions – Djedra's Undying Legions now heals for 35% more.
	Vigor – Increases your maximum hit points by 100.
	Divine Shielding – (Perk) Heal others for 5,000 Hit Points in one life: All groupmates in the scenario become shielded for up to 10 seconds, absorbing up to 1203 damage. While the shield holds, it also restores 192 hit points every 1 second.
	Desperation – Reduces all damage you take by 35% when you are below 25% hit points.
	Djaf's Blessing – (Alternate Ability - replaces Djaf's Curse) Deals 68 damage. Reduces the cooldowns of your other abilities by 3 seconds.
	Sakhmet's Consumption – (Alternate Ability - replaces Sakhmet's Devouring) Deals 89 damage to all nearby enemies. You gain 106 hit points for each enemy that is hit.
	Endless Knowledge – Reduces ability cooldown times by 10%.

A nice selection that will lead him to victory, but can also improve other Heroes. Are you ready for the power of the desert?

Friday Fight Fest!

Play the Pyramid of Settra exclusively for 4 hours straight from 3pm to 7pm EDT (9pm to 1am CEST)!

The new scenario was introduced this Tuesday and has become one of our favorite maps. Treasure hunters and grave robbers of all shades raid the pyramid and fight over the possession of 10 relics to fill their team's treasure room.

As the result of our Facebook poll, we will set the Pyramid of Settra as the exclusive scenario today, Friday June 1st, from from 3pm to 7pm EST (9pm to 1am CEST).

Join us in Wrath of Heroes to find out who is the king of the pyramid.

Hero Spotlights

Amenadresh had a great first day in Wrath of Heroes. The Liche Priest with his very distinguished walk was found in the Pyramid of Settra as well as all the other scenarios. where he supports his teams and loves to melt congretation of enemies with his curses.
