New Hero , Skaven Warlock engineer

I found this info online, not sure if they are going to add this hero in or not, this was posted about a month ago

Kill , Kill ! (5s cooldown, 65 ft range, physical)
Deals X damage and slow down target by 25 % .

Warpfire Thrower (20s cooldown, 20 ft range, physical)
Skik use his hand Fire thrower to Burn foes infront of him
Deals X burning damage and Deals additional X damage over 6 seconds .

Warpcore Device (40s cooldown, self, physical)
Deploys a Divice which will remain active for up to 60 seconds
The divice give passive hit points buff to all party members (20ft range )

Poison wind (30s cooldown, 65 ft range, physical)
Throw a poison granade . Deal X damage and aditional X damage when effect ends
